More than a hundred ski lift stations and more than 400km of slopes make Bergamo’s mountains one of the best equipped ski resorts in Lombardy. 
All its main ski stations are part of the Orobic Pre-Alps and are in competition with the most renowned places in the whole Alpine chain.

You can reach Bergamo’s tourist resorts in about an hour and half by car from Milan, from where they are about 100km away. An organized  bus  road network links to all winter tourist resorts and Orio al Serio Airport is located in a strategic position at the mouth of the two major valleys.
